Pokp's Rules & Conditions

Pokp (hereinafter referred to as "we", "pokp", or "the platform") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and pokp. By using the pokp website or mobile app, you fully agree to these Terms.

To open an account on pokp, you must meet the eligibility criteria listed below. By registering, you confirm that you fulfil all the stated conditions.

Registration Terms:

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Submitting false information is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Pokp reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.
• Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but playing from the same device or IP address is not permitted.

Certain features may be restricted until your account is verified. We recommend completing KYC verification immediately after registration to avoid any delays with withdrawals.

Pokp supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed securely and quickly.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Instant deposits are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Pokp does not charge any deposit fees, though charges from your mobile banking operator may apply.
• Deposits must be made exclusively from your own registered payment method.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• KYC verification is required for withdrawals.
• Withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within 3–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, pokp may place a withdrawal on hold until verification is complete.

Pokp regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus:

• New users will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• Bonus amounts and percentages are subject to the terms stated on the promotions page.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person.

Wagering Requirements:

• To withdraw a bonus, you must first meet the specified wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements vary for each bonus — see the offers page for full details.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.

Pokp has specific rules in place for Sports Betting and casino games. These rules apply equally to all users and are designed to ensure fair play.

Sports Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (a cash-out option may be available in certain cases).
• If an event is cancelled, all stakes will be refunded.
• Odds provided before a match begins are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is placed are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pokp reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Any bets linked to match-fixing or proven irregularities may be voided.

Casino Game Rules:

• All games are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• Game outcomes are never artificially manipulated in any way.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the bet will either be refunded or the result calculated based on the circumstances.

Pokp is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using insider information to gain prior knowledge of a match or game outcome.
• Using pokp for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to hack the pokp system or breach its security in any way.
• Opening an account on behalf of a minor or placing bets for them.
• Initiating chargebacks or committing payment fraud.

Pokp may close or suspend an account at any time under certain circumstances. Users may also choose to close their own account voluntarily.

Closed by pokp: pokp may close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraud, or legal reasons. In such cases, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

Voluntary Closure: You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion: If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, you can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through our support team. This service is completely free.

Pokp strives to deliver the highest quality service, though our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• Pokp is not responsible for any disruption to games or bets caused by loss of internet connection.
• Pokp is not responsible for transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Pokp is not liable for any financial losses resulting from accepted betting odds.
• Pokp is not liable for any issues caused by the user's device or software.
• Compensation for unexpected technical issues will be handled in accordance with our policy.
